The Clarence St Unit development boasts 12 two bedroom apartments and one penthouse apartment with large rooftop terrace. Underground secure basement parking allows ease of access to units via lift. Front and rear private balconies gives each apartment private outdoor areas and allows for extra natural lighting and cross flow ventilation to lounge and dining areas. This combined with other green initiatives, such as rainwater harvesting, decreased the development’s energy needs and provide an increase in future resale values.
Challenges for this project included designing to accommodate the steep site while maintaining the project’s efficiency and profitability.
