Livingstone Christian College were looking for a permanent signature building which would enhance the entry to their school campus. The architectural inspiration was the library bookshelf which has been exaggerated and abstracted in the front building façade. The building itself houses a book hall, IT hub and laboratory, seminar rooms and a university style tiered lecture theatre.

The façade of the library creates abstract shapes which incorporate the idea of the bookshelf concept. The linear shapes ensure a striking entry to the school campus and provides an impressive front to the wider community.

As one of the leading elements in the creation of the Livingstone Christian College campus, the library offers a multi purpose space which sets the benchmark for future works on campus.
