As occupier of Brisbane’s new green office building Coronation Drive Office Park 4, Sunsuper requested a 3800sqm office fitout that matched the building’s strong environmental credentials. The fitout delivers a new work environment for Sunsuper with a focus on responsible sustainable architecture that will be home to the organisation for many years. This extends across the entire fitout with space efficient planning and new operational models.

By partnering with a sustainable consultant, materials and FF&E were carefully selected for their environmental credentials and long term durability. These link back to Sunsuper’s corporate branding so that this permeates the fitout as a whole rather than something applied.

The two level fitout achieved 5 Star Green Star Office Interiors v1.1 accreditation.
