Phillips Smith Conwell – Berwick St Studio

The design of our new studio was so rewarding that we have made a short film about it. We invite you to take an online tour through our new home and share the successful design with director, Sergio Sarri.

From our inception in 1905, we have been known as a design practice of excellence that has made a significant design contribution to the architecture of Brisbane. Designing our own building gave us the opportunity to draw on six generations of experience and skill.

“Being a part of the Phillips Smith Conwell family is about enjoying what we do. We can only create our best work if people are happy where they are. Within the practice, there’s a lot of collaboration and a lot of sharing. People feel very involved in what they do and the studio needed to reflect that,” says Sergio.
