Pindara Hospital is an acute medical/surgical and maternity hospital with 266 beds and 18 operating theatres.

This $26M expansion of the hospital includes the following:

• Theatre expansion including a biplane hybrid theatre
• Rehabilitation service
• Commercial kitchen
• 116 bed expansion including neurological, orthopaedics and oncology wards

This complex project was constructed in an operating hospital on a small site and required strong cost control of design and reuse of existing facilities to meet the budgets.
