Precision Administration Services (Sunsuper) were looking to upgrade their offices and main reception over numerous stages while maintaining full operation of their services and public facilities.

The refurbishment works covered 5,000m2 over a total of 4 administration levels as well as a ground floor public reception. The design included numerous meeting rooms, private offices, utility rooms, lunch rooms, collaboration areas, entrance lobby’s and open plan workstation areas to meet the clients growing business needs.

The staging of the works ensured limited disruption to Sunsuper’s business while still meeting their critical timeline and budget.

As per Sunsuper’s previous office project completed by Phillips Smith Conwell, the fitout delivers a new work environment with a focus on responsible sustainable architecture. This extends across the entire fitout with space efficient planning and new operational models.

Materials and FF&E have been carefully selected for their environmental credentials and long term durability. These link back to Sunsuper’s corporate branding so that this permeates the fitout as a whole rather than something applied.
