Sunsuper were looking to upgrade their workplace and main reception with a focus on responsible, sustainable architecture. They extended this ethos across the entire fitout with space efficient planning and new operational models for the business.
The refurbishment works covered 5,000m2 over four administration levels as well as a ground floor public reception. It was important that they could maintain full operation of their services and public facilities during construction, with the project being completed over a number of stages.
To meet the clients growing business needs, the design incorporated open plan workstation areas, meeting rooms, private offices, utility rooms, lunch rooms, collaboration areas and entrance lobbies. Materials were carefully selected for their environmental credentials and long-term durability, ensuring the fitout as a whole linked back to Sunsuper’s corporate branding.
The staging of the works across the four floors ensured limited disruption to Sunsuper’s business while still meeting their critical timeline and budget.
